Our Costs

We understand that certainty about your legal costs is important when you have been charged with a criminal offence. Ward Keller offers an initial consultation for $400 including GST for a one (1) hour appointment.

Ward Keller provides a fixed fee service and a detailed scope of works will be provided to you once you have had your initial consultation.

Before your first meeting, we ask that you provide us with any documents that you have received from the Police. These documents may include a Notice to Appear, an Indictment (with the charges) or the alleged facts.
