Christine (Chris) Mugford has been in the Territory for over 48 years and has been with Ward Keller for over 28 years.

Chris works with Managing Partner, Teresa Hall, dealing mainly with deceased estates but also leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, estate planning, mortgage defaults and finance documents. As a Paralegal, Chris has a proactive role in receiving instructions from clients and drafting documents for Teresa to action.

“It’s an interesting job, particularly the estate work,” Chris said. “I have day-to-day contact with executors and assist in all aspects of the administration and tasks involved in finalising an estate, which I enjoy.”

Work is pretty busy for Chris, so her personal time is spent relaxing with her family.
