Sports Law: Understanding the Tribunal

Ward Keller are taking expressions of interest for a free interactive seminar on “Understanding the Tribunal” in late 2017/early 2018.

The seminar will include:

• an outline of how sporting tribunals differ from courts;
• the role of tribunal members;
• considering charges and evidence;
• imposing penalties; and
• the right to appeal.
